Code Enforcement

 

The Evans County Code Enforcement Department is responsible for:

 

1. Enforcement of all county ordinances with an emphasis on the Solid Waste & Scrap Tire Ordinance
2. Conducts dog control
3. Primary focuses are dog control, litter control, scrap tires, and illegal dumping prevention

 

The office is located in the County Commissioners’ Office at 3 Freeman Street in the Courthouse Annex.
